Dear Assist team,

I would like to thank Sam for sending us such a reliable and dedicated support worker for our regular service.

He has always been on time and made the garden a pleasure rather than a chore. Our windows have never looked so clean and he even made a special visit last week to clean the gutters when they overflowed.

Your personal carer from day 1 made me feel at ease. She is a wonderful support and that made my recovery so much easier. She helped with all my ADL’s and did things that made my day so much easier.

I am sure I would not have coped without her. She is my rock and I appreciate everything she has done for me. You have employed a very caring person and I feel she is a credit to your team.

Thank you again and I will miss her.
